Bengaluru's IB Ecosystem
Bengaluru hosts one of India's largest IB Diploma cohorts, concentrated around Whitefield, Sarjapur Road and North Bangalore. School-to-school pacing varies a lot, so tuition has to follow the school — not a generic calendar.
The International School Bangalore (TISB) in Whitefield runs a demanding AA SL/HL track with full-length DP mocks early in DP2 and formal IA checkpoints inside the first term. TISB students therefore enter our batches with a clear goal: keep unit-test averages near the 7-boundary before mocks arrive, so revision time goes into timed papers rather than topic repair.
Indus International School on Sarjapur Road runs the PYP–MYP–DP continuum at scale. Many DP entrants come straight from MYP Extended Maths, where inquiry-style criteria assessment rewards exploration over exam speed. For them, the central gap is timed-paper technique — Paper 1 discipline, time allocation and method-mark capture — which our Bangalore batches drill explicitly each week.
Stonehill International School north of the city draws globally mobile families; students frequently join mid-DP after transfers between curricula. Those transitions mix syllabi (for example, arriving from an American curriculum into AI HL with weak formal proof skills), so our diagnostic maps exact gaps and re-sequences the syllabus around what their current unit calendar demands.
Inventure Academy on Whitefield–Sarjapur Road balances IB Diploma cohorts with IGCSE. Its students often take IGCSE Additional Maths before DP AA, which sets them up well for calculus — the remaining challenge is HL-level proof writing and vector geometry, where we supply structured proof portfolios and weekly HL-only problem sets.
Across Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, Koramangala and Indiranagar, the pattern is the same: school unit tests every few weeks, a mock season that arrives earlier than students expect, and an IA that quietly decides 20% of the grade. Our Bengaluru batches mirror the school calendar, add official IB past-paper sets on top of unit tests, and keep IA on a checkpoint schedule from DP1 onward. Independent coaching — we are not affiliated with any school — and the same batches are available online to students anywhere in Bengaluru.
